Filinvest REIT Corp. (FILREIT) will be part of the MSCI Philippines Small Cap Index by end of November.

The Gotianun-led real estate investment trust will join the list along with 20 other constituents.

The closely-watched index represents approximately 14 percent of the free float-adjusted market capitalization of the Philippine equity universe, according to a recent report by MSCI.

MSCI rebalances its indices semi-annually and quarterly. The adjustment for its November semi-annual index rebalancing will take place on November 30, 2021.

FILREIT raised P12.6 billion in August through an initial public offering, the third REIT company to list in the Philippine Stock Exchange.
